In his most recent collaboration with the magazine, Dennis photographed Rubbie McCoy, a victim of the subprime lending bubble that burst sending her family into economic despair. “She was a target of predatory lending,” says Dennis. “It was heartbreaking.” Telling stories is what Dennis does best and he did Rubbie and her family proud by creating beautiful imagery that shared their heartbreak and strength with the world.
